      ATM denied my transaction and ate my card. Luckily it was during business was hours so I could get my card back and withdraw from the teller…. They had no exploration of why this happened and just blamed systems changing… key bank systems are always changing and I will be changing banks ASAP!

      Closed even tho door says open til noon and its 11am right now. The managers never call me back after I try making an appointment 3x. I'm closing my bank account and opening one at cport credit union.
