  I opened a checking account when they offered. $200 if you deposited at least $500 in your account..they never gave me the $200..I got no help from them..it might be a scam

  I asked for a direct deposit statement and this lady don't know what I am talking about. How can only 1 branch of a bank know what I am talking about? Dealing with tellers like this is why I normally go to a different branch. If I could today I would. Clueless people I swear. I can't wait until I am able to go to my normal branch where people know what they accurate documents are
