      The lady that didn't help me at all was awful. She insisted on trying to charge me fees to cash my check, drawn on that bank. I quit Wells Fargo over the same issue and am done with key bank as well... there are enough reputable, customer service oriented credit unions to put up with the disrespect offered for no reason...

Even in cases where the check written out is by a KeyBank client, we have to charge a small fee to the recipient cashing the check if they do not have an existing relationship with KeyBank.       On regards to your reply to one driving 300 miles I did call the branch all I got was the runaround had to sleep in my car for 3 days wasn't anyone at branch but keybank itself and 300 dollars in fees that's outrageous!!! 3 people charge you to use an ATM you kidding me!!! 15 dollars to check your balance!! Outrageous
