      Trevor Jones at the Owenfield Dr, Powell branch will not return my call as promised. KeyBank automatically closed my account for suspected fraud, when I logged in from Texas. Customer service as a whole is useless and even Tola in the Executive office, who supposedly opened a case, to determine why my account was closed, has not returned my call in over 2 weeks. This is my worst experience with any US bank and to top it off, KeyBank will not return my initial $500 deposit, after they closed my account 6 weeks ago. All I hear is that the check is in the mail and how it is the fault of USPS, that I have not received my money, even though I did immediately receive multiple letters from KeyBank, when they closed my account.

      Just called to set up account for my son, no one knows how to do it, including the manager on site. This is unacceptable for a big name bank.

      Don't go here they will lie to you, I was told I would get $200 for opening a account and making so much in direct despots well I have meet all the requirements to receive my $200 and still haven't gotten it and every time I ask I just get the run around.
