Going to give a big shout out to the branch manager and the tellers I've interacted with at this location over the past few months. From opening a savings account for one of my children, to notarizing a variety of documents for our family, to being warm, friendly, and engaging while inside the bank, I've only got positive things to say about this Key Bank branch. Kudos!

Too risky to do business here. Not being a nationwide bank. Banked here for 15 years, and will never come back or recommend. I made only one mistake and the bank locks up my account while I was accross the country. Told me I had to come into the branch to unlock it, left me stranded on the west coast. No way to get back and no access to money to even get back. Told me "good luck" as they hung up the phone. A banker was very rude when I called in recently too, after they said they are closing the account I called in to confirm that I do want the account closed. I moved to Chase bank, a nation wide bank with branches every state and city, a safer choice . Recommending all my friends and family to avoid Key also to minimize risk of being stranded on vacation or while traveling outside their physical coverage.
