      Did the landscaping there today for the first time and the manager was polite nice never rude always went to check up on us offered water to drink and spoke nicely, was are pleasure doing there landscaping

      Brunilda has been exceptionally helpful with all of the difficulties of 2020. In 50 years of banking, I have never encountered anyone in the banking business so courteous and willing to lend a hand. We really appreciate her!

      Horrible customer service. Depending on how you look. They will judge you at the Fairfield, CT branch and speak to you as if you have a pee brain. I closed my account and will never want to deal this customer service ever again. The need of training in deescalating clients frustration needs to be handle with care and not belittlement. I am appalled by the treatment that I have received. I do not need to go to the bank and receive a lecture on anything. It was disgusting.
