I've banked with Key Bank (and the other alias they've went by in the past) for +40 years. Today (February 9th, 2022), the bank manager, Antonio, was very rude and condescending to us. He has no people skills and was very aggressive. With this attitude, you will lose all of your customers. We will be taking our business to another bank. I do not want to contact anyone from Key Bank after this experience. I don't recommend this bank to anyone.
