Our company does banking with this location. It’s a little out of the way for the drive but we have never had anything negative to say. Always friendly and quick to handle the deposits. It’s getting very quiet in this location though as they took away the tellers at the main desk.

Looks like this bank doesn't want customers. They keep taking away personal service. I guess soon they'll have the customers seating at the desks doing all the tellers work. I wonder why anyone would want to use a bank if you have to do all the work for them? There use to be a nice table to use in front, now that is gone too. So are most of the tellers and customer service people. They could of least left a standing table for customers to use. Not all of us want to use on-line everything! Some of the our work needs to be done at the bank.

Had a problem with an atm check deposit. Went into the Zionsville branch and The female teller could care a less. Called another branch and they looked it up and started the process to get it fixed. With KEY BANK closing locations I would think the service would be top notch. Disappointed for sure.
