      I opened a keypoint credit card in June 2020. I've made every payment, Set up auto pay on some of my bills only for them to close my credit card because my "revolving credit was too high" which is confusing considering I never had an issue paying my bill They had no regard for my auto pay They had no remorse over the phone They don't care that we're in a pandemic They only solution was to apply for a new card which seems like a scam to boost their application numbers This is a complete inconvenience and I felt I was being talked down to over the phone And their decision is final
