      Would not recommend. They sent my payoff check to the wrong address. After a month went by I had to call them to ask why the loan was not paid off yet. They then made me call Chase to figure it out myself. Turns out they sent it to the wrong address and it wasn't even a chase address. Meanwhile I now had a double loan open on the same asset and had to pay both Chase and them. The payoff eventually went through however I lost the hundreds of dollars in extra interest that I had to pay Chase. They would not work with me at all to make this right even though they acknowledged that it was 100% their fault. Terrible customer service and relations.
