      While the tellers are nice, this bank specifically blocks a lot of transactions. They seemed to have gotten a little better by the time I left. It's lead to some awkward counter conversations. I've gotten stranded at 3am before because my payment for rideshares kept getting rejected. I lost out on several thousands when my purchases for crypto keep getting blocked (which they told me directly was too risky to choose to spend my own money on after I spent days successfully predicting bull markets I was never able to profit on). Which also caused me to sign up for more and more obscure and sketchy sites in attempts around their blocks. Never worked. My apartment was able to double charge rent the one time they didn't block my card when they actually should have. To be honest, I left after overdrafting my account, but I would have never done so if I was free to purchase the investments I desired with my own money.
