      Had a difficult start with a situation bc of my own doing. And it didn’t help after I read quite a few very harsh and negative reviews. I must say that I do agree with them up to my second encounter. After some praying and praying some more, I decided to walk back in and speak with a different office personnel. Not to cause conflict or strife, but I knew what financial assistance I was needing and I wasn’t getting it. I told her what I was looking for and convinced her that I meant what I was needing. Minnie really helped me tremendously and I mean this to the highest degree. She turned a very sour and negative feeling that I had for this institution into a big positive. She is open and very knowledgeable in her field. I am grateful for her taking her time with me and helping me at this time. Thumbs up. Go Minnie!!!
