      John was excellent to work with. He really advocated and went to bat for me on the home financing process, up to pulling a rabbit out of the hat at the last minute to make everything go through in time for closing. Perhaps he overshot what I could afford in a home, but I also feel that perhaps that is actually a natural result of what the market had to offer at the beginning of 2021, which was an insane buying time. I’d definitely work with him again and recommend him to friends.
