  You will never find a mortgage professional who is better than Kimberly. She helped us secure a mortgage and was incredible. This was the third time we secured a mortgage and none of the previous experiences compared to working with Kimberly. She educated us through the entire process, helping us through each step. She would let us know whenever we needed to submit more paperwork or when to sign forms. As we looked for houses, we would call her about particular ones and she would run the numbers for us so that we knew exactly what our mortgage expenses would be. If you are getting a mortgage, ask only for Kimberly Lefler. Disclaimer: there is none; I get no referral benefits from leaving this review.

  All I can say is... WOW! In the best way possible. Kim took the time to review everything with us, beginning to end, worst case scenario and everything in between. We truly could not have asked for a better person to have on our team and in our corner. She made herself available to any questions we had, day, nights, and even weekends! Great sense of humor and she's a straight shooter, no b.s.. I think that was my favorite part about working with her. I'd recommend her to anyone and would definately return for any future business. Bettina was also very helpful when Kim was not available. She helped me with some troubleshooting and got us back on track when we needed it. Can't say thank you enough for all your hard work ❤

  Kimberly is very professional! We had set expectations for our transaction at the very beginning, and she did a very good job at keeping everything on track and rolling smoothly to meet those expectations. I would recommend Kimberly Lefler to anyone who is looking for great service and a professional attitude. Also I would like to recognize her assistant, Bettina Daniel for her outstanding professionalism.
