      They bought out my old bank. Did not automatically transfer over my direct deposits/withdrawals so I had to deal with the nightmare of that. Then I could not access my accounts online. Their service rep admitted to me their phone and online systems were problematic and faulty. Next day still no resolution. The second rep I spoke with was rude and accusatory with me. Avoid this place.

      Horrible customer service. No online banking, no phone banking, can't activate debit card, long wait times on phone to customer service. Take your money elsewhere.

      Horrible. No one knows what they're doing, it took almost a month to finalize an auto loan and I'm still having issues. If you need to call in for assistance prepare to be on hold for an hour. Also their website dashboard needs an upgrade it looks like it was built in 95 and never updated.
