  I'm happy to have Kinecta as my bank, institution. I called and always got the help I needed. Liz, thank you so much. They have free coin exchange for members, a user friendly App, the interest rates are always lower than traditional banks, and they care! They always offer coffee for free at my branch, have a clean environment, candy and more but hands down the staff is the most respectful and the best! Kinecta The best Bank I've ever had, its members care about us, a Credit Union with integrity, a very good bank where they teach you how to take care of your money, for those who want to learn, the App is very easy to use, they have a tool that They make it easy for you to manage your money, low interest, you just have to comply with them on time. Respectful staff thank you Liz For everything, there are also bilinguals and they are friendly, I recommend them. :D

  Staff there are racist and rude they gave me an attitude and said my English was horrible and I had to speak up I don’t know there names or anything but I don’t recommend anyone going

  Went there on a Sunday and the ATM machine is now gone?

  Hello Walter. Thank you for reaching out to us! We did remove the outside ATM from the Fountain Valley location. There is still one inside the vestibule that is accessible 24/7. To access the vestibule after hours, please swipe your debit card at the door. It will unlock and you may access the ATM.
