      Today, three days after XFCU switched (?) to Kinecta Credit Union and being locked out of their on line banking app, I finally was able to reach someone at this branch on Ridge Road in Greece, NY. His name is Tyler and he couldn’t have had a better demeanor or been more helpful or professional. My Pittsford NY branch not answered their phone for three days OR returned my calls either. The main number for their so called customer service places you on hold for an unacceptable length of time then gives you the option of a return call which hasn’t happened three days later. I’m under impressed with KINECTA and am seriously considering switching banks. Tyler was the only positive in this fiasco ie bank transition. I
