  Had to open up a new bank account. Got a same day appointment and was helped by the very awesome Ariel Neal to get everything sorted. Efficient, quiet location with great staff. Also love that they can print debit cards on branch, no waiting for it in the mail and your online banking/app is working immediately as well. No waiting for anything in the mail!

  I've been trying to rebuild my credit over the last year, and I needed to make this review a priority because Delbert McFarlane at Kinecta has personified the idea of community banking, and the above and beyond service that goes with it. I went into Kinecta in May of 2020 for advice on how to rebuild my credit so my wife and I could buy a house and start a family, and Delbert took the time to help me come up with a plan to execute over the year. I got a secured credit card, made my payments on time, and by July of 2021 my score had gone up 100 points. Sure enough, I returned to Kinecta and applied for the unsecured card, and Delbert fought for me for three weeks to make sure my hard work was rewarded after my initial application was declined. He even followed up with a handwritten card, thanking me for the opportunity to help. I'm blown away by service I've received and I'll be banking with Kinecta from now on because of it.
