  KINECTA CREDIT UNION @ Woodland Hills Branch as always is very helpful to my needs. Special mention to Janaka and Johanna who helped me facilitate and processed my CAR LOAN… they helped me materialize my dream car! They made it as easy as 1 2 3! with their excellent service true indeed at KINECTA - banking done different! KINECTA is lucky to have Janaka and Johanna…. Very professional and friendly!   This is for the KFCU website... horrible experience. Especially once you let customer service know how disappointed you are with the service of the CU only to then have to reset your password on a frequent basis ever since. In all my IT years of experience... then again it's just a coincidence I'm sure.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTITUTION!!!! They have horrible customer service and ridiculously long hold times on checks deposited from known sources. I've spent a total of about 8 hours on hold this week trying to get things resolved. They simply don't care and said I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. I WILL.
