I've never had a problem while banking with Kinetic. I wish you could add more than the noted amount to the Christmas fund, but other than that they are good for business and banking . Thanks Kinetic

This bank is fine for direct deposits and paying bills. However, every time I need to physically go to the bank they never fail to disappoint. Depositing a check should not take over thirty minutes while waiting for manager approval. Especially when I am fine with a hold being placed on it and the writer of the check is at the same bank and they can clearly see the money is there an available.

Seems like my card gets locked every other day for my "safety". You have to call in and wait on hold to get a confirmation number, then call another number to unlock your card. Automated system is faulty can't get through most times. It's like asking mommy and daddy for your allowance every other day while waiting on hold for 10 minutes
