      I love this place! There is no other place I would get my taxes done. They treat you like family. They are wonderful, efficient, and the best!

      I started working with Sandi several years ago and originally had a great relationship. I even referred her to several friends and business acquaintances. Then I had her take over finances for my other company. Since then everything has gone downhill. - She stopped doing my books, but continued to charge me for them. - She misclassified the owners compensation. - She filed my taxes without my permission, did them incorrectly, and then refused to give my books (that were never correctly done) over to my new accountant until I paid her. Almost a year later and we’re still trying to clean up the mess they created. Apparently my friends have had similar experiences.

      I am sorry we were ethically unable to prepare your return as you wanted. As in previous years, we filed a return to be amended once all the issues with business vs personal expenses were worked out. I hope you are having a better experience with your new bookkeeper.
