Stay Away! These people will make you think that they are fast and efficient, when they are the total opposite. Professionalism is a word they are most unfamiliar with, they are incapable of effective communication, and have some of the most aloof employees. I was a faithful client for approximately 5 years, but this year was definitely my last dance. I refuse to pay someone to ignore me and decide whether or not they are going to right their wrongs. A street person would be more inclined to make me a happy customer because they would be bright enough to understand that when running a business reputation is everything. Ironically, someone else already posted a similar review...which reiterates the validity of what we are trying to tell you. Keep being a customer of these people, and you, too, will eventually get burned. Consistency is never inconsistent. And, I tried to look them up at BBB, but should have known that a business of this caliber would not be associated with the Better Business Bureau- which is profound!
