From the first call we could tell he is an honest person working on your best interest, he has the heart of a teacher so he would answer any question to the best of his ability, loved the videos he did to go through the loan step by step so you don’t need to go to the office.       Mike, Kaylee, Coleen and the whole team are nothing short of fantastic. I was looking to refinance a house and was able to go from the initial contact to closing in 17 calendar days. Nobody slowed down the process. They told me what they needed and I got it to them. When I had questions, the right person was able to get me the right answer and keep the train moving. The rate was fair and there was no funny business. This was particularly important that rates were jumping daily at the time we did this.
