I’m giving 4 stars because I did ultimately get a loan with my non-traditional living situation, which is more than can be said for other loan companies. For that, I’m thankful. However, I’m taking away 1 star because the staff talks about customers both in their face and after they leave. That needs to end. With an office full of females my mom and aunts ages, I’m not sure how you correct that but it made me uncomfortable to have to endure them talking about me in my face. They bank on you not turning up because you need the money. Y’all need to quit that expeditiously. This is ATL. People turn up for much less.
