I was a new customer. I went through the whole application process just to find out at the end that new applicants are only eligible for a certain range amount. I could have found this out first hand by phone when I spoke with a representative to save time & gas. I get it if I didn't qualify due to bad credit or income. However, to be asked to bring/email certain documents, provide a requested loan amount early on, and go through the process to be told later on is not a good look. Time & Gas is too valuable!!
