Great company! I have had times where I couldn't make my payment on the day it was due; and they have never charged me a late fee. The down side, is they don't send emails or letters to remind you to make a payment. But, they at least give you a grace period after your due date; instead of attacking you with late fees.

Jennifer is very rude and disrespectful. I called to see if there was anything I needed to do, since I was in an accident and my car was totaled so gap insurance needed to be filed. She was short, told me she didn’t have any information, and I needed to be patient. This was the first time I called, because my insurance company was the one dealing with them. I asked to speak with the manager, Jessica, and she was just as rude and said Jennifer had every reason to be that way because I had my insurance rep handle everything which apparently makes me combative. She refused to let me file a complaint. If you have to call them, be prepared to deal with rude customer service and just know you’re always going to be at blame for their rudeness. If I could could speak to someone hire up I would but their only number goes back to them, and refuse to let me speak to someone who will actually file a complaint.
