I don't go in often, but when I do I get excellent customer service and I am treated like the employees at this branch care about their members. I highly recommend Kitsap Credit Union!

Do NOT get a Visa card through Kitsap CU. There is no way to setup autopay with a non-KitsapCU account. I have to take a picture of a paper check and move it around accounts every month to pay my bill. Customer support was abysmal.

This branch is the best by far and thats saying something because all of the branches my husband and I have been to have been amazing. However the belfair branch is exceptional! They are always so kind and quick to help us with our needs and we couldn't be happier with our bank!!!!
