  Been a member here for just about 8 years.They have lost track of my bill payments on multiple occasions and damaged my credit score. Each time they have come back and apologized and everything but the fact it keeps happening is incredibly frustrating. I will never take out another loan with Kitsap Credit union and I thoroughly discourage others from doing so.

  Kitsap Credit Union does not seem to appreciate their responsibility in handling people's money. I gave them 1k a WEEK AGO to set up an account. I was supposed to get a call in 1-2 days, but I haven't heard from anyone in a full week. I have an EMPTY ACCOUNT, but I have no idea when I will be able to get access to my money, because they totally flaked me. I can't wait to get this sorted out so I can find a more professional bank to do business with.
