We've always had great customer service at this branch. Everyone greets us with a smile and they are all very helpful and knowledgeable! We really love the hours, it helps a great deal to have your bank open until 6pm so you can get there after you get off of work so you don't have to wait until Friday and have a huge lineup! I love this branch and would highly recommend them!

Do NOT get a Visa card through Kitsap CU. There is no way to setup autopay with a non-KitsapCU account. I have to take a picture of a paper check and move it around accounts every month to pay my bill. Customer support was abysmal.
