  I was so worried and nervous about buying my first home, but KNE Realty made the process as stress free as possible! I worked with Kristi Roberts and let me tell you what, she when above and beyond for me and made sure I was taken care of! I never once questioned if I made the right decision! Trust me, if you need a realtor go with KNE! They have such an awesome team!

  I used Ed Roberts as my realtor to purchase a home from multiple states away. He was great hustling to houses and showing me the houses virtually. His cell phone service and data tended to be poor for the homes in Lapeer so that added some challenges. Ed ultimately got me the house I wanted and I am grateful for the service. However, I would not use KNE Realty or Ed again. The communication and follow-up has consistently been lacking and I ended up needing to continually follow-up numerous times for simple things. Additionally, when Ed would call me, more times than not he would get another call and apologize saying he needed to call me back. He did not make me feel like I was a priority ever. He did not even follow-up with me to see how my move-in went.

  I could not recommend nor would I use this realtor again. Realtor did not confirm all contingencies were corrected (which they were not), the sellers did not pay the final water bill, and there was no protection to me, the buyer, in my contract if the sellers failed to be out of the house after the 40 days free occupancy. Which it turned out, they were refusing to leave until one hour before I was suppose to get the keys. The contract said the sellers would have to pay DOUBLE the daily rate of ZERO dollars per day if they did not vacate. There was a great commission but seems like this realtor was working for the seller, not me.
