      I had my closing on December 22nd and the financial institution screwed up my loan documents which could of delayed the closing but Erin was great. She new who to contact who was higher up at the financial institutions got the paperwork rewritten as we waited in the office and closed on the 22nd as we were set to do. They do an awesome job
