      i was referred to this company by my parents who said they were a good company. This company is very unprofessional. They have had my loan information for my home since April. They gave me a offer letter  to give to the sellers for my home. When it came to my original closing day I was shocked to find out they had not worked on my file at all. After telling me for several weeks they were working diligently on it.My mother had recently passed. I was dealing with this and now I had to deal with my family being displaced.then a week later i was given a clear to close so I wired the money to the title company only to get to there and sit for 4 hours with my grieving family and my realtor to be told that I wouldn't close on my home. They did try to off set some of the expenses  however this isn't enough for bwing without a place to live.They lied several times about closing on my home with REMN wholesale mortgage company.  They (REMN WHOLESALE)made up stipulations and every time they were met they came up with another. The unprofessionalism through lying, not returning phone calls, and telling on me,to the sellers,and their title company for me choosing not to do business with knowledge tree mortgage or REMN wholesale after this horrible experience is so unacceptable.  I am pleading with you please DO NOT do business with this company.  The Spicers are unprofessional and so are their employees.Save yourself headaches, wasted time, and money. Sent via the Samsung Galaxy Note10+, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
