There is ONLY 1 lady with an overall bad attitude at this location. I asked a question on the 21st and my teller asked her for clarification and it REALLY SEEMED TO BOTHER HER. She was extremely rude from the words, tone of voice and even facial gestures waved me away to go ask someone else. I will NEVER go through her line working. I was literally so upset I was walking out and told them I would just call and figure it out. A man answered my question to the best of his knowledge. I was able to get right through the hotline they gave me and everything squared away over the phone before I left the parking lot.Today I noticed a fee they told me would fall off automatically hadn't and I called back to exit 8 location...and the lady was super helpful and so fast and nice about it. lot. This exit 8 location the only TVA branch with a hateful employee. I have caught attitude from her before. I use branches from sknox up to Johnson City. Every employee is usually very professional helpful and nice.

I am one of the most easiest going people you would ever meet, and I try to have the mindset that we all have bad day's. However, this time I was treated so poorly by a young African American lady at the window, and this is not the first time she has dismissed me. Extremely rude, I don't know how else to put it. When she gave my money back, it was just a complete mess. Why treat people so badly? I hope her day gets better, though. I really do.
