      I wish I could give a 10 star review, I left a bank I had been with for approximately 15 years after a friend recommend ktva and they have all been absolutely wonderful at the piney flats branch. I wouldn't even entertain the idea of trusting my money any place else ,and great rates!

      I am not one bit happy with service I recently received from Piney Flats TVA . They lied to us, we went there to buy a vehicle for my son; we asked them several times if something were to happen to 1 of us if it would be paid in full. They told us it would be, we kept asking them it will be paid in full, yes they kept saying! Not so, my husband passed; they did NOT pay in full, only 25%. They lied to us. They lied to us, I do not appreciate someone who lies, a bank that will lie to you! šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
