      While I love banking with TVA, my recent experience at the Turkey Creek location was unacceptable. I am a very patient person but when this happened I left feeling disappointed and angry. After waiting 15 minuets to talk to a representative, I was told to wait in the waiting room for my new card to print. After 30 minutes go by, I hear from a different staff member that their card machine was down and it was better to come back another day. The original staff member that I was taken care by said nothing to me, which was the worst part. No one came and told me that the card machine was down and if it wasn't for me dropping in on a different conversation I would've never known. I don't mind waiting but wasting my time due to that was incredibly frustrating.

      My mother took me to open a savings account at the original Maryville branch in 1990 and told me that they have the best return rates for savings accounts. 31years later and their still the best rates and all around the best banking institution I've ever had.had the pleasure of dealing with. Thanks all!
