      I had the misfortune of getting an auto loan through them (the dealer wouldn't let me use another credit union as a lender), they charged me a late payment fee when I paid off the loan in full, even though my last and only statement showed that no payment was due. Tried to resolve the issue in person to no avail. Terrible Credit Union, don't use them.

      Used to be with this bank for 15 years never had a problem until now and there's alot of theft that goes on in that credit union me and my dad were looking to buy a car with that money after we took almost 2000 dollars out the bank the theft took place between 9:45 am to 10:00 am and the bank teller pocket the money with Pam and the leader team checking footage on the security cameras she took me and my step dad out and pulled us to the side and said they checked the footage and counted there money drawers and they came out clean the bank manager and everyone else there had no interest in finding out where that money went to and the member services and phones are poor moved from Tennessee to Indiana and switched banks I'm at a new credit union now I bank with 3 rivers credit union in indiana and there way better than knoxville tva
