      I went in with a chevy trade in and told them what I needed to make it work. They approved while other local dealerships did not. Walked out with a very nice diesel 2500. Thank you to pat Koffler who was very easy and great to work with. I'll be back again!

      I stopped in Tuesday afternoon to test drive a truck. I was told I had to wait for a management meeting to end so they could get the keys that were apparently in the management room. The sales staff insisted they couldn't interrupt. I waited and finally test drove the truck. I said I was interested and that they would have a trade offer to me later that night or Wednesday morning. I was left a voicemail late Wednesday night about my trade after inquiring Wednesday afternoon. I called them back Thursday morning shortly after they opened and was told someone purchased the truck I wanted. I don't feel I had a very positive experience with Kocourek. Not sure what I did wrong here. I felt I was very patient with them. If you have a customer in the process of a purchase you probably shouldn't sell the vehicle they are looking at.
