  I've been a member for close to 30 years. Always good rate, profits are used for growth and keeping rates down. But ever since the introduction of the web interface, they are not my choice anymore, waiting a year or 2 for them to fix the "remember my computer, or I'm on Public etc.) When I called thinking it was my computers doing, I was told it does not work. If you miss type your login, after 2, or maybe 3 tries, they lock you out. OK I get this, but there is no "FORGOT PASSWORD, RESET" You have to call them, only during office hours! To resolve it. So if you need a transfer or pay a bill, some of which if delayed could cause overdraft or late fees and negative credit reporting. PW reset is done by nearly every other well written site on the Web. Just recently, they put an full tab advertisement when you hit the login button. There is no "not interested, or close button the the full page ad. You have to be savvy enough to either close the tab itself, or hit the login tab to login. This will be very frustrating to many users. Use a popup with a close X for God's sake. If I'm preaching to the choir, please do a survey or comment somehow to get a professional web interface on what was a great institution. (one of the ads is survey, so if you hit login, then back out and hit it again, after 2 or 3 ads you will get the survey. Give them your thoughts. You can stop reading my rant now but I had another problem I would like to share if you have the time. i was logged in, but the page said I was lockout for inactivity!!! Without logging in or any other buttons, I went and changed my phone number the contact and password change tab. At the same time I could not see any data of my accounts, a message that I had to contact them (phone # provided) to get my PW reset. E-documents let me chose the range and then delivered a blank pdf document. Credit Unions are the only smart choice for banking. Many states do not allow you to join a CU unless your work ie. for the school system then you can join the teachers CU. We are lucky here. There is others available. Not suggesting that you don't join or quit, but they must fix this tool or I will be moving on. Thanks for putting up with my rant.

  I applied to transfer my loan and all of my accounts from another financial institution on Tuesday, March 1st. I was approved through the website and was told I would receive a phone call with closing information within 48-72 hours. I also received an email with a confirmation number. No phone call and no email for a week and a half. Finally, Thursday March 10th I emailed them again asking where it was at. Now two weeks later since I started this I still have no contact from them. Absolutely ridiculous.
