      Worst customer service I have ever recieved from the banking industry. Been a long term customer and the treatment was disgraceful. Do not bank here. Put your money where they treat you with respect. I would have given them no stars, but it would not let me post then.

      They are horrible... I wouldn't suggest them to my worst enemy!!! They literally hold your hard earned money hostage. It took me a month to get my $200 back from an atm dispute. Customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced... PLEASE whatever you do... DO NOT bank with Kohler Credit Union!!!
