      I write a check for my employee , 500$ cash and when they went to cash they were charged 10$ . I bank with multiple banks and nobody charges for that. What makes Koolau so much better ? I had to then reimburse my employee , which is basically charging me and I bank with them. What happens if I pay someone 500,000, what are you going to charge them?

      Terrible customer service, they’re rude and don’t properly communicate with the members after I contact the bank and spoke with Terry Griffenberg turn to worse. So I went to the branch and they don’t know what to do.
