      I have been a paying customer for 5-6 years. I should have left long ago. The disrespect from a superior employee is unacceptable. When I call to go over things and adjust some deductibles or amounts the disrespect and rudeness I get is mind boggling. No one should be treated in this manner. Others have left for the same reason. There is no honey At this agency,(Petoskey)just vinegar!

      Very rude customer service. I switched insurance companies. After i cancelled Korthase another driver was added to that insurance shortly afterwards? In all the years useing this company talking to someone was easy. Impossible now. Rude runarounds just silly. I paid the $153 just to be done with them and what can i do really. Not sure who the added driver was either. Oh well it is what it is.

      Very pleased with their prompt service. Insurance can be a dreadful task but Phil made it easy for me to find a short term medical insurance policy. I don't think it could have been easier than what they made it. Very thankful!
