  Xzerosnake90 is completely on point with his assessment of Debbie and Tim. They couldn't be more helpful and professional and, yes, they do rrmrememmy name when I walk in or call. I have felt more welcome in any establishment than I do here! To those who leave negative comments on here, for whatever reason you can't get what you want, don't take what they tell you. It's very likely their hands are tied. They have to answer to someone, just like you do at your job!

  Lady, Debbie, was very rude, very judgemental, and invasive. Looking at the other reviews I am surprised she still has a job there, clearly Koster does not care about the reviews of their customer since she is still employed there. Will not visit this location or another Koster due to the experience with this one employee. Speaking with Tim over the phone he was pleasant but the negative impact far outweighs that small moment. Koster Loans you really should work on training your associates to demonstrate better. Customer Service. If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible pick another business.

  Tim ,has a disgusting attitude very rude no help at all ! I do not recommend this kosters to ANYONE ! Very unprofessional.
