  We worked with Kristin in 2021, in the midst of the housing explosion. We were referred to her by our realtor as a trusted and respected mortgage expert in the community, and we found out for ourselves that she is. Kristin works hard for you in the beginning of the process so the usual stress of the backend of a loan funding was zero. We were in the middle of a swift job change, and she helped us through our situation that could have been very stressful. She walked us through what she needed for our loan and presented different options for our loan so that we could go with what met our needs. Kristin even sent our little guy a book that explained moving to him. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and it is those personal touches along with her expertise that sets Kristin apart from the rest. We look forward to working with her in the future.
