      Over the years, being involved with different companies; I have had experience with numerous banks (local and national). I can honestly say that KS Bank is the best bank I have ever known. Their services are on par with much larger banks; but the MAJOR difference is the customer experience. They call you by name when they see you; not "next", and they always have a smile. When you call, you get an actual person almost immediately; not a prompt. I have used the local Four Oaks branch for over 10 years for personal and business accounts; and I could not imagine myself going anywhere else. The friendliness makes you feel like family.

      I have been banking with KS Bank for a few years now. I have used the branches in Selma, Smithfield, and Four Oaks. The Four Oaks branch is, by far, my favorite. The ladies in there are the absolute best. They have always helped with any questions I have had ( I tend to ask a lot of questions) without making me feel like a bother. Everyone is super nice but Gail and Michelle are my favorites.
