      Wife and I both have done loans through here. Somehow automatic payment on mine was botched by the bank and my wife's went through. I tried to pay both over the phone or online and was told would cost me $10. I am having to go in today during the COVID crisis to make a payment through a drive thru that could be done with a transfer. They have all of my account information. Again I repeat this error was their fault, I had to go to the bank to remedy their error or pay extra.
