      This business is a joke, and these people are thieves. I pawned a TV there that was due to be out July 9, 2022, and since I'm having some issues with my car, I knew I wouldn't make it in to pay on time, so I called to let them know what was going on. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant, and agreed to give me until today (July 13, 2022) to come in and make a payment. I made it in a day early just to be told by the "boss" that I could not simply make a payment for one month of interest to keep it from being pulled (which has been policy with EVERY pawn shop I've ever dealt with) I would have to pay the entire 3 months of interest in order to keep my item. Of course, it was more than I had, so naturally, I was upset. I then informed them that I would be back to recover my item and I would never return to their store again. Today, my daughter went in to pay the ridiculous amount so as not to lose the TV. When she presented the pawn ticket, they informed her that they pulled my TV the moment I left, banned me from the store, and told her that I was never told that they could hold it until Wednesday. Liars, cheaters, thieves....I will be contacting a lawyer, as well as the BBB. IF YOU'RE DOING BUSINESS WITH KT, YOU BETTER GRAB SOME KY BECAUSE YOU'RE ABOUT TO GET SCREWED!
