  We could not have asked for more support from the Rohrbaugh team & will absolutely use them again for any future transactions. Andrea Hall was phenomenal. We were out of state buyers with an underwriter who asked for multiple rounds of documentation, and she helped keep us moving forward quickly to get them the information needed to close on time. We connected with her via text and phone multiple times a day & was so supportive. This isn’t something we would have received from a big national bank or mortgage company with no local footprint. It pays to have someone who knows the ropes and the local market! When we first started off the process with them, Kyle and team used an online tools that made signing, uploading and managing documents easy, and also showed progress through each step in the mortgage process. The extent of their digitization coupled with superb customer service differentiated them from any other company with whom we have worked in the past. Kyle and Linda then walked us through our various options to explain each in depth, and we’re on hand to answer questions we had about the different products, before connecting us with Andrea. Highly recommended team!

  Kyle and his team make the process of purchasing a house so easy. They are patient and take time to educate on your level, so you feel confident in the decisions you’re making. They are always accessible - you can text, call, email whenever you need with questions. Their secure portal makes sending documentation as easy as a one click upload. I can’t say enough good things about working with the CCM team. Highly recommend!
