After struggling with the IRS for over a year I went to L.A. Miller & Associates for help with fixing two years worth of taxes. I paid the retainer fee and left feeling confident that I'd soon be done fighting with the IRS. Weeks go by with no word. Then a few months. I'm aware that dealing with the IRS can be time consuming so I call to check in. I was told that they'd get back to me. No one did. Another call, and I was told the same thing. No one did. It's been a year of no contact .
