  I've been a customer of this bank for over 5 years now and I will be closing my account in the next few days. I wouldn't recommend using this bank to anyone. Things haven't been so great financially for me and the amount of money these ppl have made off me is ridiculous. Over $1000 in overdraft fees since January 2022 alone not counting last year. I have opted out of the overdraft program but even then I get these $30 fees for a rejected transaction. I've called and visited the branch location and asked about refunding a few of those charges. I had 5 transactions that were refunded to me from the company that charged me. I asked the bank to refund a few of their overdraft charges being that those were refunded and they refuse to do so. The attitude and the way the manager looked at me today when I stated that they have made $1000 off of me the 6 months was unprofessional and rude. Pretty much telling me oh well, ur loss not ours. I understand they gotta make their money too but if they would have some compassion and understanding for their customer it would be nice. I am a single mom and doing the best I can to make ends meet. I cannot allow this bank to keep taking from me and not do something. you would think after their recent lawsuits they would be a bit more forgiving for its loyal customers. Do not bank here and especially the mount waahington branch. The workers are rude and very unfriendly.

  Ask for Ashley Carlton! I was referred to her by a close friend who also had a great experience. No time wasted, no hold times on the phone, she answered me every time. 10/10 experience and I definitely recommend Ashley and L&N for your mortgage as well as general banking needs.
