      Never had a negative experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to get you whatever you need. By far the best bank I've ever been too

      I’ve never had issues with banking with L&N, but I was very disappointed to see during the hite of the delta variant in Kentucky not a single staff was wearing a mask. I was so uncomfortable I almost left. With Kentucky having the highest rates of hospitalization in the country, L&N you should do better, regardless of vaccination status in staffing.
